Data Deletion

Open Dashboard → History, select an entry, and choose Delete. Saved analysis and rewrite history is otherwise assigned a 30-day expiry and scheduled for deletion after expiry.

In Dashboard → Campaigns, disconnect each connected Google account. This deactivates the connection and removes its encrypted refresh token from ColdmailAI. A hidden, token-free metadata row may be retained to preserve campaign and delivery-record integrity; it cannot be used to access Gmail. Separately revoke ColdmailAI in your Google Account permissions to invalidate Google-side access. Existing campaign, send-result, unsubscribe, and suppression records are handled under the retention rules below.

Open Dashboard → Account & Security to update your profile, password and security methods, active sessions, or delete your Clerk user account when that control is available for your account. If you cannot sign in, email support from the account address when possible.

Email us from the account address and state whether you want deletion of your user-associated application data or an entire workspace. Workspace deletion requests must come from an owner or administrator authorized to act for the organization.

Include the account email, workspace name, connected Google address if relevant, and the categories you want deleted. Do not send passwords, tokens, or full payment details. We may ask for identity and authority verification before acting.

A verified request is applied to data ColdmailAI controls, subject to technical and legal limits. We may retain minimal billing, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records where required or permitted. We may also retain the minimum suppression record needed to keep honoring a recipient's unsubscribe or do-not-contact request. Backup copies may remain until they are overwritten through the normal backup lifecycle.

Dodo Payments, Clerk, Google, or another provider may retain information under its own legal obligations and privacy policy. We will route or explain provider-specific steps where appropriate, but we cannot delete information controlled solely by another provider.
