Terms of Service

By creating an account, installing the extension, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use ColdmailAI for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live.

These terms form an agreement between you and Fardeen Mansoori, the operator of ColdmailAI. Its address for legal notices is Kota, Rajasthan, India.

Provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and maintain appropriate workspace roles. Workspace content can be visible to other authorized workspace members. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our breach of these terms or applicable law. Notify support promptly about suspected unauthorized use.

You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You give ColdmailAI a limited right to host, copy, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service under our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful authority needed to submit the content.

Analysis and rewrite requests are processed by AI service providers. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. It is a suggestion, not legal, compliance, employment, financial, or professional advice. Review and edit output before relying on or sending it. Do not include sensitive data unless it is necessary and you are authorized to have it processed.

If you connect Google, ColdmailAI requests only the account-profile and Gmail send permissions described during authorization. You authorize ColdmailAI to send messages through the connected account when an authorized user starts or schedules that workflow. You can disconnect the account at any time. Your use of Google services also remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

You must not use ColdmailAI to:

• send unlawful spam, harassment, threats, malware, phishing, or deceptive messages;
• misrepresent your identity, affiliation, claims, recipients, or offer;
• buy, scrape, or use contact data without the rights or lawful basis required for that use;
• ignore unsubscribe, suppression, objection, consent, or do-not-contact requirements;
• evade provider limits, security controls, or account restrictions;
• probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or another user's account; or
• violate law, third-party rights, Gmail policies, or Chrome Web Store policies.

You are responsible for required sender identification, postal-address disclosures, unsubscribe mechanisms, lawful-basis or consent rules, recordkeeping, and honoring opt-outs in every jurisdiction where you send. Product checks assist with workflow; they are not a substitute for your compliance review.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Dodo Payments at the price and interval shown at checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Plan credits are a limited service entitlement, not money or stored value; unused credits do not have cash value and may expire or reset with the applicable billing period. Prices and credit allowances may change prospectively with notice where required.

You authorize the payment provider to charge applicable fees and taxes. Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and the checkout terms shown by Dodo Payments.

We may modify features, models, limits, or integrations as the product evolves. We may pause service for maintenance, security, provider outages, or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted delivery, inbox placement, reply rates, sales outcomes, or permanent availability of a particular AI model or third-party integration.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through support. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, disclaimers, and responsibility for prior activity—will survive.

ColdmailAI and its licensors own the service software, design, branding, and documentation, excluding your content. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is authorized. If you provide feedback, we may use it without an obligation to compensate you, but we will not treat private message content as feedback unless you intentionally submit it as such.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be error-free or achieve a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ColdmailAI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost- profit damages arising from your use of the service, AI output, recipients, or third-party services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute procedures that apply to you, disputes will be brought in the competent courts of Kota, Rajasthan, India. Before starting a formal claim, please contact support so both sides can try to resolve the issue informally.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be presented with reasonable notice where required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms. For questions or disputes, contact hi@fardeen.me.
